The fabric of the sashes is delicate, to prolong its useful life, please follow these recommendations:

If you want to exchange your girdle for a different size or model, you only have to return the original garment to us by following these steps.
- Your garment and its original packaging must be in perfect condition . clean (no stains, marks or odors) and with its labels (as you received it) and, where applicable, with the accessories or gifts included.
- Your request must be made in our online store during the first 15 calendar days after receiving it.
- Make the payment of $240 pesos per size change, which covers the costs of resending and re-shipping your new size.
- We will send you a return guide so you can take your belt to a Redpack, Fedex or Estafeta branch depending on your location.

RETURNS

All garments have a 30 calendar day warranty after the delivery date.
REJECTION OF EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
If your girdle does not meet the requirements described above, we will have to reject your return or exchange and we will send you your garment back as long as the cost of reshipping has been covered, otherwise an additional charge will be made for the return of the garment .
WHOLESALERS
